Victor Chaltiel

Founder, Redhills Ventures LLC

Mr. Chaltiel had over 30 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare industry, serving as founder of HealthDataInsights Inc., the leader in healthcare claims integrity. HDI was sold in 2011 to HMS Holdings Inc. for $400 million in cash. Victor was also Chairman of Trustifi Corporation, a company specializing in email cybersecurity and other secured email solutions, as well as on the Board of Directors for Adore Me, an online lingerie subscription service. Before founding Redhills Ventures, Victor served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Total Renal Care Holdings, Inc, the nation’s second largest provider of renal dialysis services with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Antoinette “Toni” M. Chaltiel

Co-founder, Redhills Ventures LLC

Toni Chaltiel is the co-founder and manager of Redhills Ventures LLC, the Chaltiel private family investment arm. Redhills Ventures LLC is a venture capital group specializing mostly, but not exclusively, in healthcare. Redhills Ventures™ participates either as a lead investor, or as co-investors with a different lead investor, in expansion rounds and buyout opportunities of companies with revenues under $100 million per annum as well as in early stage opportunities.

Mrs. Chaltiel was born in Dublin (Ireland), moved to the United States in 1986 (Los Angeles, CA) and to Las Vegas, NV in 1997. Before moving to Las Vegas, she was President of Total Insurance and Planning Corporation, an insurance brokerage firm in Torrance, CA, then specializing in Health, Life and Estate planning.

Mrs. Chaltiel graduated from both Dublin City University (with degrees in Business/Marketing and Language) and the Institute of Personnel Management in Dublin, Ireland.

Rom E. Hendler

Director of Investment Strategy, Redhills Ventures LLC

Rom is a former CAO, CMO, CIO for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, the world’s largest integrated resorts company. Rom joined Las Vegas Sands in 2000. He is a seasoned 25-year veteran and expert in the operation and management of various hospitality elements in integrated mega-resorts, including hotels, entertainment venues, and gaming. At Las Vegas Sands, he worked relentlessly on process enhancement and efficiencies, and developed corporate best practices for marketing analytics, distribution strategies, CRM, revenue management, e-commerce, loyalty programs, direct marketing, casino floor optimization, and marketing systems.
